Seating Procedures

One of our primary goals for The Country Music Cruise is to establish a Seating Procedure that is easy to administer, is fair and allows our guests to fully enjoy all of the aspects of the cruise.

Every Country Music Cruise Guest will have an assigned seat in The Showroom at Sea for the blue and orange shows.

Seats are assigned one of two ways.  Guests who booked their 2018 voyage prior to or onboard the 2017 Country Music Cruise were given their assigned seats prior to disembarking the ship.  Guests who booked the cruise after the completion of the 2017 Country Music Cruise were assigned their seats in the order that they booked the cruise on a best available basis.  For clarity, best available is defined as closest available seats to the front of the theatre.  As in previous years, seats closest to the front may be either a folding chair or fixed auditorium seat. SAFE Program: Guests who require special seating in The Mainstage Theatre must complete the Special Assistance Form for Entry (“SAFE”).  Upon review of the guest’s SAFE form, the guest will be issued a seat most appropriate to fit their needs stated on the form.  The only way to guarantee an accessible reserved seat is to complete the SAFE form online prior to October 31, 2017. Please complete the form by clicking the link below.

Requirements to Entry: All guests need to have their The Showroom at Sea Seating Card with them to gain entrance to the theatre.

If you are attending the early show/late dining, your identification card is BLUE. If you are attending the late show/early dining, your card is ORANGE. (NOTE: No changes in show or dining times are possible.)

The Showroom at Sea Seating Cards will contain the following information:

  • Your name
  • Seat number
  • Suggested entrance to the theatre
  • Blue or Orange coloring which signify your show time (early or late).

Seating cards will be checked by staff at the theatre entrance to ensure all guests are entering the appropriate show time.  Ushers will be placed in the aisle to ensure all guests are sitting in the appropriate seat.

Entrances:  There are 4 entrances to The Showroom at Sea for guests:  Deck 2 Doors (Port), Deck 2 Doors (Starboard), Deck 3 Doors (Port) and Deck 3 Doors (Starboard).  The Showroom at Sea Seating Card will have a suggested entrance to the theatre.

Ushers:  Ushers will be posted at every entrance and inside The Showroom at Sea to assist with the seating process.

Entry to The Showroom at Sea:  Doors will open 30 minutes before published show times to all guests.  With the implementation of assigned seating this year, there is no need to arrive early.
